The RUSSIAN METEOR is not a meteor but a double icy MICRO COMET.

According to Quantum FFF theory, the "Russian Meteor" was a small Black hole or double icy micro Comet, leaving nothing but water vapour and an evaporating unstable double micro black hole behind.
