Dual Stellar Anchor Black Holes (SABHs) as former Herbig Haro bowshocks,  observed inside Planetary Nebula.
Dual black hole systems of all scales, are supposed to be the origin of the self organising universe according to a new electric dark matter black hole model called Quantum FFF Theory.

Galaxy Halo soft x-ray point sources.

Galaxy Halo soft x-ray point sources (electric Galaxy Anchor Black Holes (GABHs)  with stars / dwarfs and plasma in between observed at the Sombrero galaxy.

GABHs are supposed to represent the primordial big bang splinters forming the first Herbig Haro systems. (according to Quantum FFF Theory). Elliptical galaxies are formed by merging of early spiral galaxies, (see below) Star forming secondary Herbig Haro systems are supposed to be created by dual supernova black holes giving shape to the close by central galaxy halo.

New giant gas planet ( Brown Dwarf?) expelled by the sun.

SABH ( Stellar Anchor Black Holes) forming cosmic ray hotspots (electric dark matter black holes) as the origin and future slingshot accelerators of Brown Dwarfs expelled by the sun.

About the cosmic ray hotspots:
A hotspot for powerful cosmic rays found under the Big Dipper, by the University of Utah. The mysterious source of cosmic rays is also reason to look at the souhern hemisphere to observe the opposing second Stellar Anchor Black Hole (SABH) (Cosmic ray production by NEW black hole paradigm according to Quantum-FFF Theory).

New giant gas planet ( Brown Dwarf?) expelled by the sun, moving away at different dates 10-jan.2014 and 19 april 2012.

According to Quantum FFF Theory, the sun is the remnant of an open star cluster in between two Herbig Haro Bowshocks or SABHs ( Stellar Anchor Black Holes). Our sun seems still to spit out so called failed stars, if it reaches its instability boundary.

This boundary is supposed to be related to the size of the both SABHs. which create vacuum polarization of a certain strength, in between at the solar location. 

CONCLUSION: 
So called super stellar nurseries only form in between two or more large new physics black holes observed as Herbig Haro Bow shocks. 
This seems only possible in the early universe or if Galaxy Anchor black holes meet each other inside merger galaxies.
In more recent galaxies we find open star clusters as the result of Supernova nebula produced black holes.

The multiple "sunspot" black holes ( much smaller) however are supposed to take over the forming of Herbig haro systems.( ESO 9934) So, dependent of the size of these starspot black holes HH systems will be formed to form Bok globules with open star clusters producing real stars, or Bok globules to form smaller open star clusters producing smaller "hula hoop" stars ( or failed stars) in between. ............. The sun is not growing. It seems to be stable balanced by plasma production around sunspot black holes and inflow from space, versus constant giant plasma sphere spitting. ....................However as a consequence, it is not clear that our sun has been the center of a full functional open star cluster in the past, based on the recent production of small failed star plasma balls. ................. Spooky Gravity Lensing Lighthouse Effects even on Earth, Moon and Saturn

Spooky gravity lensing effects by dual micro black holes, as the remnants of crashed comet nuclei inside earth and moon.

The discovery of the xray source at the tip of each lightning is a strong support for the mini Quantum Knot- Black Hole -lightning paradigm of Quantum-FFF Theory .

WE NOW CAN SEE HOW A LIGHTNING SEARCHES IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS FOR ONLY ONE ROUTE WITHIN A SPLIT SECOND.
The key question however is: what are those incredible fast MOVING tadpoles.
My proposal: dark matter quantum knots made by EM interference, just like silicon discharge in the lab.
J.Dwyer found recently out that the tip of the lightning bolt emits xrays!! conclusion: this is a strong support for a splitting MINI BLACK HOLE ( quantum knot).

The creation of MICRO-Electric Dark Matter Black Holes (quantum knots, falling down) by magnetic lightning interference, according to Quantum FFF Theory.

The UP direction is assumed to be the  interference trajectory ending into the quantum knot (micro BH), falling down by gravity influence, but PUSHED away by the electric anode effect. The quantum knot is supposed to have a negative charged electron Shell, around a positive charged ionized nucleus.

Variable Jellyfish lightning discharges (below) seem to be related to different Sprite interference patterns (above) often combined with clear Fireball production (Quantum Knot based mini black holes). According to Quantum FFF Theory. 

Evidence for new micro/ mini black hole physics? 

In the world of visible things, the principle of opposites makes possible the differentiation by categories through which order is brought into the world. 

So if we can describe a mini Black Hole like ball lightning or cryo meteor in nature and compare the qualities with that of the different Hawking black hole proposals, then we are on the right track for new physics.

To me this seems to be NO HOAX, if you realize that a normal hoax would have managed that the little fireball according to the mainstream physicists should have kept about the same direction of motion as the mother micro comet.

However this very clever video seems to prove the opposite, by introducing so called blurring effects which are not real and based on mistakes from the adobe hoax software CGI.
I see no mistakes if I use my eyes well.
Secondly, I observe the same blur in the nearby roof top and not only in the micro comet..

In contrast, based on the former video, I only have to change my proposal concerning the wind direction.
The wind seem to come from the left side of the video, at that altitude.
Because the speed of the micro comet is not constant. I assume that the icy micro-comet nucleus is only a small one ( created by Sprites above thunderclouds far away) and still propelled by the combination of a gas tail and quantum knot ( Quantum knot is: a micro black holes). just as is observed in the Japanese ball lightning photo near the railway crossing ( see below).

Cryo- meteors are chunks of ice, incidentally falling from the sky and supposed the remnant of a micro comet's nucleus according to Quantum FFF Theory.
Direct after the creation of a sprite based Quantum Knot ( or interference dark matter black hole) the quantum knot produces Hydrogen and Oxygen together forming a growing water ice shell around the nucleus..
This growing ice chunk is influencing the propulsion direction of the micro comet together with the outgassing vapour tail.
